Swara Lahari telecasts classical Indian music concerts on Community TV channels in Bay Area every week. Each concert is 30 minutes. The program is open to artists pursuing Carnatic and Hindustani music in vocal or instrumental forms.

The program is telecast in following cities :- MountainView, Cupertino, Los Altos, San Jose, Campbell, Saratoga, Palo Alto, Atherton, Menlo Park, Fremont, Pleasanton, Dublin, Newark, San Rafael & Marin County. Program is also be available via Webcast.

Yuva Bharati

Yuva Bharati is an organization committed to Classical Indian Dance and Music.

Yuva Bharati is a non-profit organization formed to promote classical Indian dance in the US. Its registered in State of California and recevied tax exempt status under section 501(c)(3) (taxid is 20-4785269).

The main goal of Yuva Bharati is to provide a stage for solo performances for rising artists. Yuva Bharati provides opportunities for artists from other locations to perform in the Bay Area. Yuva Bharati invites talented dancers who have finished their solo debut concerts to perform.

Yuva Bharati conducts 5 to 6 events in the year. Each concert has two 1-hour segments. Each segment is devoted to a classical Indian dance form. Initial focus of Yuva Bharati is Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi. The concerts are funded by concert sponsors and members. They are held in local Bay Area theaters. One or two concerts annually present dance schools and dance teachers.
