Manasa Suresh - Vocal

Manasa Suresh was initiated in Carnatic vocal at the age of four with her mother, Anu Suresh. She currently learns under Shri K. N. Shashikiran and Smt. S. Sowmya. Manasa gave her first solo performance in 2004 and her Arangetram in both Carnatic vocal and Bharathanatyam in 2005. Manasa has performed in many events in the Bay Area as well as different venues in India including Narada Gana Sabha, Chennai and Shanmukhananda Sabha, Bombay. She released her first CD in India in 2006, titled Krishnanubhavam. Manasa is currently a junior at Mission High School, Fremont.

Sri. Susheela Narasimhan - violin

Mr Narasimhan learnt violin from Sri H.K. Venkatram(disciple of Sri Lalgudi Jayaraman) in Shimoga for about a year and later on from Sri H.K. Narasimha Murthy (disciple of Sri Parur M.S. Gopalakrishnan) for about 6-7 years in Mysore. He has played for many concerts in the bay area. He has been teaching violin in the bay area and Utah for about 14 years and has produced a couple of very promising violinists. Mr. Narasimhan works as a Mechanical/ Thermal Technical Leader for Cisco Systems Inc. in the Bay area.

Srinivasaraghavan Krishnamoorthy - Mridangam

Srini Krishnamurthy learnt mridhangam under Late Shri. Rengu Iyengar of Karaikudi for about 7 years starting at the age of 5. He then learnt under Shri. N. Krishnamurthy of Karaikudi and for a brief period under Shri. Thiruvarur Vaidyanathan. Srini has accompanied artists both in India and in the US. Specifically, he had the opportunity to accompany Dr. N. Ramani during one of his concerts in the USA.
